The Winery hotel

The Winery Hotel is Sweden first combined urban winery and boutique hotel. As the guest enters the lobby the winery shows its full glory. Sources of inspiration for the design were the classic market hall and the vineyards of Tuscany. Located strategically in Järva Krog close to the emerging Arena staden, where among other Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia are located.

RED Management has worked for Fabege in close collaboration with the hotel operator and Veidekke/Arcona to develop the project from concept until the first guest checked in.
