Heimstaden and Nordhalla has entered into an agreement where Nordhalla on October 1 acquires the Heimstaden Katrineholm portfolio with more than 1,400 apartments. RED Management has performed the technical due diligence, which is the second part that Alecta acquires in Nordhalla portfolio. – We see the acquisition of centrally located and well-maintained residential Katrineholm over 1400 apartments, a good and long-term management unit in a region with good prospects. We are pleased that we have been able to this complementary acquisition . Nordhala Properties also discuss other acquisitions where we as long-term player hopes to contribute to the development of the housing market , says Kent Jonsson , head of indirect real estate on Alecta.


AMF Real Estate owns the majority of office buildings in Marievik at Liljeholmen. RED Management has over the last two years working with the zoning which among other things includes developing Marievik 15 , located in the northern end of the area. Production can take place as soon as the zoning is prepared, estimated year-end 2015/2016 . Plan proposal includes seven tower blocks of varying heights up to 35 storeys with an open plaza space between the houses. A large percentage of the homes will have views of Tantlunden , water and Södermalm. The top floors will have a panoramic view of the entire inner city.

The role includes to act as the Property Owners Representative and Project Director representing the Folksam and over time develop the properties. Katarinahissen is under renovation in collaboration with the City of Stockholm. Tranbodarne 11, Kataribahuset, will be affected by the renewal and development of the Slussen area, which together with the building-right in front will provide unique opportunity to create an attractive environment and meeting-place. Klövern has signed a letter of intent with The Carlyle Group to buy Globen City, which contains the properties Arenan 2, 3, 6 and 8 in Stockholm together with Startboxen 3 in Solna. The total lettable area is approx 140 000 sqm of office and retail. RED Management has together with NIRAS, conducted the technical due diligence for the seller.


Alecta buys Hasselbladshuset in Gothenburg from Credit Suisse, who was the owner for the past seven years. Hasselbladshuset has an lettable area of 14 700 sqm whereof the major part is fully let office. RED Management assisted Alecta with technical due diligence and environmental due diligence. .
