RED Management expands with two new partners. Per Linder is appointed president and senior project as of 16 September. Per most recent role as Marketing and Business Development Manager at Arcona. Per Karlsten, who has been a part of RED Management team since 2014, he is now also a partner.

RED Management expands . Bertil Nilsson began in September and Harry Rantala in November . RED Management also engaged Bo Wintzell as sub-consultant in property development .


RED Management has received a prestigious assignment to assist SveaReal in the development of parts of the property portfolio. Initially, the five properties in Malmö, Lund , Norrkoping Tumba and Vasteras .


RED Management assists Folksam properties in the development of kv Hönsfordret at Norra Hammarbyhamnen . The property use is education and warehouse and will be converted into residential. RED Management operates the zoning.


Now, Swedavia has gone into the net with his long-announced big deal. Swedavia form a joint venture with the buyer. The deal is worth nearly four billion.

Photo: Joakim Knutsson Swedavia and Alecta form a joint company that will manage 20 large properties in logistics, hangar and office at Sweden’s three largest international airports. The company ensures a long-term commitment in the properties while the conditions for airport development is strengthened. The agreement covers about 260 000 square meters of rentable space in logistics, hangar and office. The underlying property value is 3.95 billion SEK. RED Management has assisted Alecta with the technical due diligence.


The Carlyle Group has together with TAM engaged in a development project in Nacka. The result will be a vibrant urban environment with 1,500 homes, restaurants, shops and workplaces. RED Management has been engaged to assist in development . As project manager RED Management operates the infrastructure design and together with TAM zoning and development agreements.

Heimstaden and Nordhalla has entered into an agreement where Nordhalla on October 1 acquires the Heimstaden Katrineholm portfolio with more than 1,400 apartments. RED Management has performed the technical due diligence, which is the second part that Alecta acquires in Nordhalla portfolio. – We see the acquisition of centrally located and well-maintained residential Katrineholm over 1400 apartments, a good and long-term management unit in a region with good prospects. We are pleased that we have been able to this complementary acquisition . Nordhala Properties also discuss other acquisitions where we as long-term player hopes to contribute to the development of the housing market , says Kent Jonsson , head of indirect real estate on Alecta.


AMF Real Estate owns the majority of office buildings in Marievik at Liljeholmen. RED Management has over the last two years working with the zoning which among other things includes developing Marievik 15 , located in the northern end of the area. Production can take place as soon as the zoning is prepared, estimated year-end 2015/2016 . Plan proposal includes seven tower blocks of varying heights up to 35 storeys with an open plaza space between the houses. A large percentage of the homes will have views of Tantlunden , water and Södermalm. The top floors will have a panoramic view of the entire inner city.


REDManagement received the prestigious assignment to develop Folksam’s properties at Slussen. The role includes to act as the Property Owners Representative and Project Director representing the Folksam and over time develop the properties. Katarinahissen is under renovation in collaboration with the City of Stockholm. Tranbodarne 11, Kataribahuset, will be affected by the renewal and development of the Slussen area, which together with the building-right in front will provide unique opportunity to create an attractive environment and meeting-place. Jörgen Rahm, Bengt Ydenius and Fredrik Brandt are engaged in the mission.
